1 thick slice of bread, sourdough or multigrain
1 ripe avocado
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Honey
1.5 rings of pineapple, you can also use chunks or spears
4 slices aged cheddar, more depending on the size of your bread slice
Smash avocado
Add salt & honey
Spread on bread
Cut pinneapple rings in half
Place on bread
Cut cheese into thin slices
Place cheese on pineapples
