Avocado Toast with Strawberries and Sour Cream

Ingredients:

1 thick slice of bread, sourdough or multigrain
1 ripe avocado
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/2 Lime
3 strawberries, more depending on size of toast
Sour cream
Brown Sugar

Avocado Toast with Strawberries, Feta, and Basil

Ingredients:

1 thick slice of bread, sourdough or multigrain
1 ripe avocado
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8tsp Pepper
1/2 Lime
3 strawberries, more depending on size of toast
Basil
Feta

Directions:

Mash avocado
Add lime, salt, & pepper
Spread on bread
Chop strawberries - thinly
Place strawberries on avocado spread
Place sour cream in zip loc bag
Cut tip of bag off for drizzle
Drizzle sour cream on strawberries
Sprinkle brown sugar on top
Bon Appetit!

Sprinkle feta on top
Sprinkle basil on top
